Two separate questions
They get answered as one, and should not beIs crypto legal in Pakistan and is gambling legal in Pakistan are different questions with different histories, and treating them as one produces confident nonsense in both directions. Pages that answer both with a single word are usually answering neither. Nothing on this page changes a score: the comparison of bitcoin casinos in Pakistan measures documents and payment routes, not the legal position of the reader.
What can be said plainly
Three things- The position on cryptocurrency has changed more than once and has been the subject of successive announcements, court proceedings and regulatory work. Anyone quoting a single date as settled law is quoting a snapshot.
- Gambling is restricted in Pakistan and this site does not present it as otherwise. Nothing here encourages anyone to do anything, and nothing here explains how to circumvent anything.
- Enforcement and the letter of a rule are different subjects. This site is not in a position to describe either authoritatively, so it describes neither.
What this site will not do
Three refusals, stated- It will not tell you how to get around a block. Not in passing, not as advice against it, not at all.
- It will not tell you the law is one way when it is contested. Where the position is unsettled, this page says unsettled.
- It will not pretend to be a lawyer. For a question about your own position, ask someone qualified in your jurisdiction. That is not a disclaimer to skip — it is the only correct answer this page has.
Why the rest of the site does not mention it
Because it would be filler in every directionEvery other page here is about something checkable: a number in a register, a list of coins in a cashier, a clause in a set of terms, arithmetic printed in full. The legal position is not that kind of fact, and sprinkling half-remembered legal statements through twenty pages would dilute the pages that are checkable without improving this one. So it lives here, once.
If gambling has stopped being entertainment
The part that matters moreWhatever the legal position, the practical one is simpler: gambling costs money on average, and for some people it costs a great deal more than money. The play-safe page lists free, confidential help that does not care where you are or what you have been doing.
